Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse, she learned family recipes as a child. Today Teresa teaches simple and complex recipes that aim to introduce travelers from all over the world to the authentic flavor of Sicilian food.
In this practical course of Sicilian cuisine, you will learn to prepare three authentic family recipes, transforming fresh ingredients into a delicious traditional meal. The menu is seasonal and changes every day.
