About this experience

The second largest port in the world, rising from the ashes of the Second World War, a fishing village and a gallery of the latest architectural art - all this is the city of Rotterdam!
One of the most expensive and beautiful bridges in Europe is waiting for us - the swan bridge, which rests on one pylon and proudly rises above the stormy waters of the Meuse River. We will walk with you along the alley of memory and sorrow of the 2nd World War and remember that we had one common huge tragedy in the past. A striking contrast for us will be the building of the City Hall, which is one of the few objects in the city that remained intact after the bombing of 1940. We will analyze the sculptural design of the facades, which has a special semantic content. I will tell you what unique animals live in the Rotterdam Zoo, where the ship-hotel is located, how the kingdom of tulips lives today and what hobby its king has, about new trends in the education system and what is the cost of living.
