About this experience

This is a nice tour to discover the famous Borromean islands off season, when they are like Sleeping Beauty. The Borromeo's properties - palaces and gardens - are closed to the public, but the two picturesque villages on isola Bella and Fishermen's island can be discovered. Being accompanied by an experienced tour guide, you will be able to enjoy your visit, learning more about the area, the islands' old history, the aristocrats who ruled over the area, local life in the past times as well as nowadays.

Ww will visit isola Bella's old village and part of the Borromeo palace from the outside ( palace is closed for most of November, then December, January, February and beginning of March)

We will stop at Fishermen's island to enjoy a guided stroll through the old fishermen's village
