Information you should know, before booking.
1.If you bring luggage for transfer, the maximum accommodation is 4 guests plus 5 suitcases. If you don't bring luggage, the maximum accommodation is 5 guests.
2.We are welcome guests who use manual wheelchair!!! Unfortunately, however, we can't handle some guests who use electronic wheelchair and can't move on their own.
3.In case of contact us, please reach out by "WhatsApp" or Text Message. You can not reach out us by call.
4. There are 3 options in the plan: Up to Haneda Airport, Tokyo Disney Resort or Narita Airport. Please select one option.
5.Select your favorite pickup time among each tab, when you book it. Because this is a special rate applying to each option, if you miss 6:30am. (In case of TDR, 7:30am.) an additional fee,¥3,000 per a vehicle, will be charged.

1.Our operator will inform you of driver's name and vehicle's plate number 3 days before the pickup day.
2.Our driver will wait for you 10 minutes before the meeting time. Please show the driver your booking details.
3.1-4 guests uses 1 vehicle / 5-8 guests uses 2 vehicles / 9-12guests uses 3 vehicles. (In case of TDR and no suitcase: 5 guests uses 1 vehicle. 6-10 guests uses 2 vehicles. 11-15 guests uses 3 vehicles.) If your group is bigger than maximum accommodation, please book it according to your group size.
