It takes about two and a half hours from Hanoi to Halong Bay by highway. We will take a 10 minute break at SA on the way.

12:00: Arrival at Halong Bay. After lunch on board, explore by sea kayak or rowboat, then visit Sung Sot Cave and climb about 420 steps to Titop Island Lookout for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.

POINT 4 Sung Sot Limestone Cave
Sung Sot Cave was discovered by the French in 1901. They named it 'La Grotte des Surprises' (Cave of Surprises) to convey the magnificence of its beauty and wider than expected caverns, and because Sung Sot means surprise in Vietnamese.

When you enter the cave, there are three rooms in order of small, medium, and large, and the last largest room has a very large space inside the cave, highlighting the beauty of the stalactite itself. .
