Ballooning is extremely weather dependent, and the flight may be cancelled. In this instance, you can either rebook for another date or receive a refund. Other conditions that will keep us grounded include very hot mornings, rain, total fire ban, low visibility (fog/extremely low cloud) and thunderstorms. The Civil Aviation Safety Authority rules prevent us from carrying handicapped persons as defined in Civil Aviation Orders, Section 20.16.3. Although we offer exclusivity for this package, this does exclude hot air balloon flights. There may or may not be other people in the same balloon as you.
