About this experience

Our afternoon trip departs the beach at 1:45pm and returns at 5:15pm. FINAL CHECK IN TIME 1.30pm.

During April this trip departs at 11:00am and returns at 2:30pm.

Plan to sail around the beautiful coastline on a large, modern catamaran and visit local iconic locations including Cathedral Cove. Once we set anchor, either relax on the boat or have a swim or snorkel in the marine reserve with the amazing fish life.

Your trip includes a complementary chilled local beer or New Zealand wine along with fresh fruit.

Every trip is different. Help to sail or sit back on our comfy beanbags, soak up the scenery and relax. Our vessels are equipped with toilets and changing areas

Using wind power as opposed to engines and fuel allows us to take guests out with minimal impact on the environment.

Cathedral Cove is an iconic 'must-see' site on the Coromandel coast. The best way to explore this breathtaking coastline is by boat. We'll take you close to capture the beauty of this archway upclose from the yacht. We do not go ashore here.

Stop 2 Pass by

The best place to sail in New Zealand. Kick back on our spacious catamaran and soak up the scenery as we sail by rugged islands, remote coastline, and stunning beaches, including the spectacular Cathedral Cove.

If time allows we anchor at Gemstone Bay for a swim or snorkel in the marine reserve. The reserve is a sanctuary for marine life, as no fishing is allowed here. The swim or snorkel is optional. If you prefer not to swim, simply relax onboard.

Meeting point

We are easy to find. You will see the big yellow sailing catamaran at anchor in Flaxmill Bay. Our crew will be on shore with the inflatable dinghy we transfer our guests to and fro the yacht in. Head to the beach opposite 1039 Purangi Road. FINAL CHECK-IN IS 1:30 PM, 15 MINS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
