Far from light pollution in the big cities, Boavista is a particularly magical place for stargazing. Just 16 degrees from the equator, you can see star constellations of both the northern and southern hemispheres on Cape Verde. The camp of our Stargazing night we set up in the dunes of the Viana desert.
We say goodbye to the day at sunset with a meditation and typical Cape Verde snacks. After dusk, the fascinating starry sky stretches over us. At the sky tent we can now discover planets, stars, moons, constellations and even shooting stars. We have telescopes and two experienced stargazers with us.
Together with an astrologer we dive into the mythical symbolism of the night sky. So the holiday on Boavista offers not only the opportunity for a breathtaking star experience, but also for reflection and self-knowledge.
Please show the ticket to the Cabokaitours guide/driver! Don't just get into any pickup truck! We have the list with her name!
