06:30 Stop at morning market buy some food to offer munk. In Buddhism we believe if you donate anything it will return to you. If you donate the thing that same level with your you status, when this karma return. You get something that the same level of your status. If you donate better thing then just take that when it return to you you get better good karma, than your status. Either when you donate worse than your status when it return to you, you get worse than sugar status too. So we'll buy our own food to offer to the monk for donate and some flower for respect Pagoda and Buddha.
07:00 Light Breakfast in the temple the munk get to choose the food first, before we start meditate in the pagoda or you can request at beach front in good day stunning with the sunrise seaview sounding super beautiful nature in the middle of peaceful place. Lean vipatsan or Samatha meditation.
