About this experience

The magical city of Silves is an enchanting example of the Arab influence that was present in its history and in its architecture, clearly evident due to the most important castle in the Algarve.
You will have time to experience the thermal spa of Caldas De Monchique located in the heart of the Serra de Monchique Natural Park.
Foia is situated within a stunning landscape and is famous for being the highest point of the Algarve. Here in Foia, you have the opportunity to taste the famous Medronho brandy, the most traditional drink in the Algarve made from the fruit harvested on the slopes of the Serra.
Lastly you will stop in the traditional village of Monchique located at an altitude of 450 m where we can leisurely walk through its narrow streets and soak in the atmosphere of the unspoilt Algarve.

Caldas de Monchique is a spa town in the Monchique Mountains in the Algarve region of Portugal. It has been famous since Roman times for its waters, which supposedly have healing properties. It was also used as a seasonal retreat for Portuguese royalty. It has recently gained more international recognition, particularly for health tourism, but also for its landscape and architecture.

To appreciate the beauty of the village of Monchique, it is important to go to Largo de São Sebastião. The white houses seem to descend in steps down the slopes of the mountain, a small crib surrounded by greens, flowers and freshness.

With an elevation of 902 metres (2,959 ft) and a topographic prominence of 739 metres (2,425 ft), Fóia is the highest mountain of Algarve, Portugal. It is part of the Serra de Monchique.
