04:20-04:30 AM - Pick up

The local bus will pick you up at the meeting point in the center of Hue City. From there, the journey takes you through the stunning landscapes of Central Vietnam on the way to our office in Dong Hoi. The ride lasts about 3–4 hours, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in the daily life of local communities while admiring majestic scenery: rolling mountains, lush green fields, and peaceful villages along the way. This is not just a transfer, but the beginning of an experience—an inspiring prelude to your adventure in Phong Nha, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site

8:30 AM: Arrive at Sovaba Travel Office in Dong Hoi. Guests will have about 10 minutes to rest, enjoy a drink, and prepare for the journey to explore two of Vietnam’s most famous caves.

The bus will then take you to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, with a transfer time of approximately one hour. Get ready to discover one of the world’s most remarkable natural wonders.

09:30 AM – The bus will take you to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning limestone landscapes, magnificent caves, and rich biodiversity. This remarkable destination is not only a natural wonder of Vietnam but also one of the most fascinating places to explore in the world.

10:00 AM – Paradise Cave Exploration

The journey begins with a 1.6 km tram ride, followed by a short walk to the narrow entrance of Paradise Cave. As you step inside, the cave opens up into a vast and refreshing underground world, with ceilings soaring up to 60 meters and widths reaching 120 meters. Wooden stairways guide you deeper into what is often called the “Underground Royal Palace,” where breathtaking stalactites and stalagmites sparkle under gentle LED lighting. Many formations resemble flowers, trees, and cascading waterfalls, creating a surreal landscape that feels almost otherworldly.

After around two hours of exploration, you will return to the parking area, carrying with you unforgettable memories of one of the most extraordinary natural wonders in Vietnam.

12:30 PM – Lunch Break

Following the Paradise Cave adventure, guests will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant nestled within the National Park. Surrounded by fresh air and tranquil scenery, this is the perfect moment to relax, savor authentic regional dishes, and recharge your energy for the afternoon journey.

01:30 PM – Chay River & Dark Cave Adventure

After lunch, the journey continues with an exciting stop at Chay River and Dark Cave – one of the most adventurous destinations in Phong Nha – Ke Bang. Here, visitors can experience a thrilling zipline ride across the emerald river, before kayaking through the cool, crystal-clear water.

Entering Dark Cave, you’ll embark on a true adventure: swimming through the underground river, exploring the mysterious darkness with headlamps, and wading into the famous natural mud bath. Covered in smooth, mineral-rich mud, visitors can float effortlessly and enjoy one of the most unique spa experiences in nature.
