About this experience
Learn about the medieval history of Spain visiting two of its most important cities where important historical events took place. When you arrive in Cuenca our guide will take you through the streets of the centre to the Plaza Mayor, where you will pass the first Gothic Cathedral of Castile. We will begin the tour of the ruins of the Castle of Cuenca. From there we will begin our walking tour of the historic city centre.

The guided tour will begin at the Castle of Cuenca, located at the top of the city. Unfortunately, very little remains of this building and what is left of it is just two cubic constructions, remains of the walls and the Bezudo Arch, the last reform was produced in the time of Philip II.
