- This service is for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (maximum 2), please inform us of the flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point without additional cost.
- If you do not inform us in advance, an extra $15 USD will be charged at the airport for waiting time or terminal change.
- The service will be subject to availability.

- We allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes for departures or transfers. After that time, it will be considered a "NO SHOW".
