Our staff will wait for you at the designated terminal, holding a banner with your name. Please let us know in advance if you would like a group name on the welcome banner.

**Important Note:** This service is for groups arriving on the SAME flight. If your group arrives on separate flights, please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can create a travel itinerary and provide the correct meeting point at no extra cost.
If we do not receive this information ahead of time, there will be a USD 15 waiting fee at the airport for delays or terminal changes, and the service will be subject to the availability of drivers and vehicles.

Additionally, if there are any flight changes, please keep us informed to ensure smooth service.

If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or similar location, please notify us in advance. We can typically accommodate a maximum of 15 minutes at no charge. Beyond that, there will be a fee of USD 25 per hour. This service must be scheduled ahead of time via email or phone, as it depends on the availability of our vehicles.
