**IMPORTANT:** If you book incorrectly, you must pay the difference for the correct destination or rebook the right service.
Our service is 100% private, so you won’t have to share the vehicle with anyone else.
If your hotel or Airbnb isn’t listed, don’t worry! You can specify your destination when making your reservation, and we’ll ensure you get there without any issues.

- ⏰ Time Tolerance: For transfers and departures, a **maximum tolerance of 10 minutes** is allowed. After that time, it will be considered a "no show."

TOLERANCE TIME FOR DEPARTURES ⏳
We allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes for departures or transfers. After this time, it will be considered a "NO SHOW."
IMPORTANT
Our pricing is per vehicle, not per person. If your group has different departure times, we cannot send multiple cars at the same cost.
