Transfer from Bucharest Otopeni Airport.

Your driver will meet you as you exit the security area after luggage claim. The meeting point is in front of Segafredo cofee shop located at the first floor of the arrival terminal. For an easy recognition, he will display a name tag (same name as stated on the booking form).

Flight delays.

In case your flight is delayed, you dont have to worry. We monitor all flights and your driver will wait for you in the airport 60 minutes after your plane lands. Please contact service provider in case you consider that custom formalities and luggage claim may exceed 60 minutes.

Transfer from Bucharest Hotel/address.

Please consider the meteorological and traffic conditions, as well as the check-in formalities, every time you require a transfer from a specific address (your residence, hotel or office). A pick-up time can be recommended for you. Your driver will transfer you to the airport at the drop off zone in front of the terminal.

Luggage: Please check the luggage space available for each transfer type. Prior notification is mandatory for luggage exceeding the luggage space. Service provider reserves the right to decline any luggage exceeding the space of the trunks, for which no prior notification was made.

Child seats are free of charge. Please request at time of booking. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the child seat is mandatory.
