Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

Children under the age of 10 and infants are not permitted on Cloud 9
Duration time from Port Denarau to Cloud 9 is 60 minutes each way
Afternoon departure requires a minimum 25pax to operate
Check-in starts 45 minutes prior to the actual departure time
AM tour departs Port Denarau at 9.15am and returns to Port by 3pm
PM tour departs Port Denarau at 1.15pm and returns to Port by 7pm
All Departures are subject to sea conditions
Boat transfer is high-speed, however, Cloud 9 reserves the right to use an alternative vessel if need arises
No outside food and drinks allowed
Cloud 9 does not accept cash on board. Mastercard, Visacard and American Express is accepted
