Join us for a drive through the incomparable Matopos Recreational and Game Park. This is a great opportunity to see wild animals such as giraffe,kudus,zebras,impalas, warthogs and more. Our scenic route winds through the famous hills of Matopos, giving a spectacular view of the famous balancing rocks unique to this area. Enjoy frequent stops to capture photos of these unusual rock formations along our journey to Silunguzi Village.
On arrival in the village, you will be welcomed by Mr. Dube, a village elder and traditional healer with a profound knowledge of the area, and its fauna and flora. He will guide your visit to the Elephant Cave and the Fish Cave where you will explore the unspoiled cave paintings Mr. Dube himself discovered when he was just 15 years old. He is now over 75 years old
Continue your exploration of the Village as we trek to nearby hills, pausing at various points of interest. Enjoy traditional refreshments in the village and end the day watching the sunset.
