Starting your evening excursion by a short
ride to a local restaurant in Ngu Xa village
where you will taste “Phở cuốn” - the steam
rice paper rolling with fried beef and salad,
dipping sauce with young papaya and some
other spices. You also can try other authentic
food such as “Phở chiên phồng” – stir fry
steam rice paper with beef,bok choy, onion
and Phở trộn – the mixed noodle
Leave the local restaurant, ride along the
most romantic Thanh Nien road which
separating Truc Bach lake and West lake,
through a corner of Hanoi new city.
The Vespa will stop at “Chả cá” restaurant. Tasting the grill fillets fish mix with spring onion, dill, coriander, , basil, vegetables and take with rice noodle.
Continue your evening excursion, you will be transferred to Ba Dinh square and Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. Take a stroll around, witness the changing guard and the lowing National flag ceremony in front of Ho Chi Minh mausoleum.
Ride passing the colonial and old quarter before arrival to the night bars.
Take some drink while immerse yourself in the excitement of the rhythm music such as the Rock, Vietnamese love songs or jazz.
