Your first stop of the day is at Bowness that sits on the shores of Windermere. You have time here to take a leisurely cruise* upon the lake or wander around the town and admire the sublime views of the landscapes.

Please note that tour timings are for reference only and may vary for operational reasons.
You are allowed up to 14kg (31lbs) of luggage per person on our tours from Manchester. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) and a small bag for onboard personal items.
In order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.
* Please note that on 24 December, Dove Cottage and the Grasmere Gingerbread Shop will be closed, and options for food and refreshments on that day will be limited.

Exit Piccadilly Train Station in Manchester. At Caffe Nero, turn left and walk towards Motel One.
Take the first left under the tunnel. Walk until you see your white Rabbie's mini coach.

Meeting point directions-
The meeting point for the tour departure is next to the NCP Car Park on Store Street, Manchester, M1 2WD. Our buses will be waiting directly opposite the 'Department for Education' office.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.

If travelling from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station: Take the main exit (1 - Piccadilly) from the station. Follow the pedestrian walkway to the traffic lights/Caffe Nero and at the end of the pedestrian walkway or Station Approach, you cross over at the lights and turn left onto London Road. Walk straight ahead for around 100 metres, passing underneath a pedestrian footbridge. Turn left under the railway bridge/tunnel opposite Motel one. When you're through the tunnel, you'll see the coach parking straight ahead on the left. Walk until you see your white Rabbie's mini coach.
