Your first thing to explore will be Salt fields – the salt production activity carried out in this area for hundreds of years has formed a unique landscape, a wetland where plenty of birds roost and nest in their migrations.

You will see Sa Caleta -this picturesque cove, lined with rustic fishermen’s sheds, is also home to the ruins of the first Phoenician settlement on Ibiza dating back to 654 BCE.

Es Cubells is a small village in the south west of the Spanish island of Ibiza. The village is in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. The village is reached along the designated road PMV 803-1. The village is 10.6 miles south west of Ibiza Town and 8.1 miles of Ibiza Airport.
After that, you will have time to try local cuisine in one of the restaurants.

The last stop will be at the Highest point of Ibiza before the driver will take you back.
