Olvera Street, known for its Mexican marketplace, was originally known as Wine Street.
In 1877, it was extended and renamed in honor of Judge Augustín Olvera, the first elected county judge in Los Angeles.
In 1930, it was adapted by local merchants into the colorful marketplace that operates today.
You'll explore Little Tokyo seeing many sites and learning about the history of the Japanese in LA.
You'll explore the Japanese Villiage plaza, see the fire tower, and learn the history.
One of the best bakeries, you'll hear their story and it's a great place to eat!
Learn about City Hall, the story behind it's construction, and get a chance to get a view from the observation deck.

stop outside the Chinese American Museum and learn about the chinese riot, the murders, and the history of the Chinese in LA.
The tour starts at the statue of Chiune Sugihara you'll hear the story of how he saved thousands of lives in WW2, and an intro to the neighborhood. Then You'll be guided through the streets step by step by the walking tour technology.
