Having issues? try the below:

1. Make sure it's typed the code all lower case.
2. If the tour did not start make sure you are at the start location of the tour, the Boston Common Visitors Center on Tremont Street. Click get directions to get there.
3. If the tour is stuck on downloading close the app and open it again and click download again. You can also try shutting off wifi or connecting to a local strong wifi.
4. If you have multiple tickets make sure each person uses a unique email to register. The code is the same.
