Upon your arrival into the Honolulu Airport, please make your way to the baggage claim to your assigned carousel. Even if you don't have checked bags please head to that assigned carousel as a greeter will meet you at the carousel.
Honolulu airport doesn't allow chauffeurs to park outside to greet you so you will be looking for a greeter with your name sign. The greeter will escort you with your bags to the chauffeur who is standing by outside of the airport.
On average it takes between 6-8 minutes for the chauffeur to come back into the airport to the approved pickup locations.
