Put on your augmented reality glasses and enjoy a unique, innovative and engaging tour of the archaeological excavations of Pompeii. Enter a different era and discover what Pompeii was like before the eruption of Vesuvius through augmented reality.

Meet the Tour Assistant to learn the itinerary and easily find out how to use the glasses. All routes and reconstructions have been developed by a team of archaeologists and experts to show you how life was in Pompeii before the eruption. Your Tour Assistant will accompany and assist you throughout the tour.

The glasses create holograms superimposed on the existing ruins, and show you what the most significant temples, houses, squares, theaters and buildings looked like before the eruption of 79 AD. (augmented reality) compared to today (reality).

Walk among the ruins with your small group, and remember that our tour is suitable for people of all ages!

Our tour assistant will wait for you at the entrance of the archaeological park and will lead you along the main route where you will be able to see Pompeii as it was in the past and as it is today thanks to our 3D glasses with augmented reality.

Once the tour is over and the augmented reality glasses are returned, it is possible to stay in the archaeological park and explore the site independently.
The tour will take place regardless of weather conditions, so it is advisable to dress appropriately.
This is a walking tour, make sure you have comfortable shoes.
Children under 8 years of age can enter the park with a standard ticket, but cannot use the 3D technology.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Augmented reality (AR) glasses can also be worn by participants who already use eyeglasses
If you arrive after scheduled departure time, please contact us.
Tour does not include suburban villas (villa dei Misteri)
If you are late, we will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. Afterwards the tour will start out of respect for the other participants.
