The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of a day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed to have a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please, inquire with the operator prior to travel, to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. In case (which is unlikely) you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed at customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage points, it is your responsibility to call the contact number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time, and as the result the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered fulfilled.
