the driver will pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time. We ask that you be ready and have checked out at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time. Please note that the driver will be able to wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed timetable, after which you must withdraw.
Pick-up time has been carefully recommended, taking into account experience with traffic and waiting times at the airport. If you wish to modify it, you may do so at your own risk.
If you want to change the pick-up time, please inform us as soon as possible by email, indicating the new desired time. We will process your request as quickly as possible, but the change will not be valid until you receive written confirmation. To ensure that we can make adjustments, it is imperative that you inform us before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your service.
