Once you have booked your transportation, it is 100% confirmed. We will be checking the status of your flight at all times. It is very important that if you change flights, you let us know in advance with a minimum of 12 hours in advance so that we can change your reservation without problems. If you did not let us know that you are arriving on a different flight, there will surely be an additional cost for waiting for you a second time because we will wait for you on the original flight of the reservation if you do not let us know.
Once you land at the Cancun Airport, the company representative will send you a WhatsApp message to tell you specifically the place where they are waiting for you. Do not worry, we will be waiting for you even if your flight is delayed.

When arriving at Cancun International Airport please follow these directions:
We suggest you print and bring these instructions with you,
• Once you land in Cancun you must clear immigration and customs first. After immigration proceed to pick up your luggage and after clearing customs continue to the main exit of the airport terminal.
• To exit you will go through a panoramic glass door.
• Directly after passing the glass doors you will see a number of guides, tour and transportation company representatives standing with signs with the different company’s names and the name of their passengers
• One of our representatives who will meet and greet you holding a sign with your name printed on an iPad.

• If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-2 please look for the Welcome Bar
• If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-3 please look for the MargaritaVille Bar
• If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-4 please look for the Flataform C
