FAQs
• When I will get reply from PicVoyage after I book the service?

We will reply you in 24 hours. If you didn't get the reply in two days, please contact us again.
• How long in advance should I book my shoot?

We suggest you book at least 2 weeks in advance, although we will attempt to accommodate last minute requests.
• What if I am running late?

Please text or email your photographer if you are delayed. If you arrive late, keep in mind you only have the remaining time length for your shoot. Your photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it's unlikely your shoot can be extended. We strongly suggest arriving early because traffic in big cities can be unpredictable.
• What happens if it’s raining or bad weather?

We shoot rain or shine! Just bring your favorite umbrella. Umbrellas and rain-boots can make lovely accessories. If it’s raining in a ridiculous fashion, we are happy to reschedule (ridiculous weather clause). We are reasonable folks :)
• When can I have the photos?

We will send you a link to download photos in 7 business days (We take time to Photoshop your images and make them more beautiful)
