We value your business and will do our best to accept all bookings, we will arrange for another vehicle in our fleet for the pick up if there is multiple bookings for the same timing.

***Please inform us if you have any child (below 1.35meter in height) joining this transfers as any children below 1.35m requires a child/booster seat by law. We need to ensure the child seat availability before accepting this booking.

Important notes

Please be at the hotel lobby ready to be pick up 5-10mins before pick up time.
(You might want to proceed to the hotel driveway pick up point 2-3mins before pick up time.)

Most hotels does not offer a waiting/parking area therefore we seek your understand to be ready before the pick up time. The hotel staffs would not allow our drivers to park or stay at the pick up/drop off zone for long as that will jam up the traffic.
