Southwest Tours Transfer Process – KLO to Boracay Hotel

1. Booking Confirmation
Once you book your transfer service with Southwest Tours. You will receive a booking reference number and important travel reminders via email.



2. Arrival at Kalibo International Airport (KLO)
Upon arrival at KLO, proceed to the Arrival Exit Hall. Look for the Southwest Tours staff stationed in the designated booth inside the airport parking area. Our staff are easily identifiable in orange uniforms.



3. Airport Welcome & Check-In
Present your booking reference number or voucher to the staff. They will verify your booking, assist with luggage if needed, and guide you to your assigned vehicle.



4. Land Transfer to Caticlan Jetty Port
Board an air-conditioned shuttle or van for a ride to the Caticlan Jetty Port. Travel time is approximately 2 hours. All port and environmental fees may be handled in advance, depending on your package.



5. Jetty Port Assistance & Boat Transfer
At the port, a Southwest staff member will assist you through the terminal check-in and boat boarding process. You’ll board a motorized boat or fastcraft for a 15–20 minute sea transfer to Boracay Island.



6. Arrival at Boracay Port (Cagban or Tabon Port)
Once you arrive at Boracay Port, another Southwest Tours team will be waiting to welcome and assist you.



7. Land Transfer to Your Hotel
You’ll be guided to your assigned shuttle or multicab for the final leg of the journey. Enjoy a scenic ride to your hotel or resort in Boracay, with drop-off right at your doorstep (if accessible by road).



8. Completion of Service
Upon arrival, our staff will assist with your bags and ensure a smooth check-in process with your hotel if needed. Your door-to-door service is complete—welcome to Boracay!
