Oktoberfest Reservation Information

Please be punctual at the meeting point. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled.
Identification at the meeting point is sufficient with the booking name.

Tables usually seat 10 persons, as required by the tent operator. For every beer and chicken voucher, a €2 cash tip must be paid directly to the waiter.

This is a table reservation, not a guided tour. Our staff will escort you to your reserved table. The guide will stay for 1–2 hours to assist and answer questions. The guide is not an entertainer, and all instructions must be followed.

As this is the world’s largest folk festival with very large crowds, start times may vary. If the time on your voucher changes, you will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS. No specific seat or tent area is guaranteed; we always strive to provide the best available seating, but influence is limited.

Children under 16 years old are only permitted for the lunchtime reservation (11:00 AM–4:00 PM). From age 16 and above, the evening reservation (4:00–11:00 PM) is allowed.

Traditional Bavarian clothing is recommended but not mandatory.
