You’ll start the tour with refreshments at the luxurious lounge at the Inside Burj Al Arab headquarters,which is located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, before setting off on a buggy towards the remarkable hotel.
The buggy makes a pit stop at the perfect location to get those all-important pictures with the Burj Al
Arab stretching up behind you.The tour includes a visit to the famous hotel atrium and glamorous Royal
Suite as well as a curated Experience Suite with digital interactive allowing guests to relive history with
original architectural designs showcasing where it all started.The Royal Suite, which is accessed by its
own private elevator, greeted by the private butler, the suite sits over two floors, the second of which is
reached by an ostentatious gold and marble staircase, lined with leopard print carpet.

During the tour, you’ll see rich fabrics, luxury materials and exquisite design in every room. The suite
boasts a huge reception room, a TV room, a study, fancy dining room and his-and-hers bedrooms.
‘Her’s’ features a luxurious pink-hued lounge and a huge round bed with a mirror on the ceiling, marble
bathtub and Hermes products. ‘His’ has a dramatic round bed that actually rotates a pillared marble
bathtub and a walk-in shower fitted with 24-carat gold tiles.
The tour also features an exhibition suite, where you’ll absorb how the Burj Al Arab was conceptualized
and built, with augmented reality iPads capturing old and new Dubai. The tour has its very own gift shop
to take memorabilia away from the day.

Burj Al Arab is the original home of luxury - Dress to impress! Smart/casual attire. Tailored shorts are allowed. No beachwear. If you have booked an onward dining experience please consult individual restaurants for specific dress code information.
Children up to the age of 4 years are free of charge when accompanied by a full paying adult. 5 years + are charged at child rate and 13 years+ are charged at adult rate. Anyone under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
While on the tour, our Kids Club facilities are available ( AED 150 net per child for 2 hours), complete with professional carers and childcare services on hand to ensure that your children are in safe hands.
Tour tickets provide exclusive access to 25th floor and Inside Burj Al Arab areas only.
Tours will operate from 9:30 AM until 8:30 PM. Time slots are in place to ensure safety, avoid long queues and allow social distancing.
We expect the entire visitor experience will take approximately 1.5 hours. Specially trained staff will escort small groups of visitors through the tour. In the Experience Suite, the Boutique, the Photo Lounge and UMA visitors can move at their own pace so some timings may vary
UMA Lounge is an outside cafe on the ground level of Burj Al Arab.If any Beverages package selected, guest have to continue to UMA Lounge after the Inside Burj Al Arab Tour.
