Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Orient Tours) and show to the staff at the PLAY Dubai ( VR Park) entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
