What you'll see
Following transfer confirmation, our driver will be stationed at the hotel parking lot at least 10 prior to pickup time.
So please identify yourself by pointing to our driver and introducing yourself; he will assist you in carrying your baggage into the car and will welcome you in after meet and greet. You will be given a bottle of water on the trip, and your driver will act as a tour guide, explaining and answering your questions.
Following the drop-off, our driver will inquire if you have any special needs and will solicit feedback on the services given. Feel free to speak up and ask questions. They will seek consent from the office for anything beyond their responsibilities.
