The meeting point is located next to 7-Eleven, in front of the Cold Storage Main Entrance on Level 2 of Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza Address: 1 Cove Avenue Singapore 098537
Participant to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time. No on-site calls will be made to verify your arrival time, and we will depart based on the scheduled activity time. Consequently, latecomers or “No Show” guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits.
Rescheduling requests will not be accommodated under any circumstances as seats are already secured and reserved.
Only recommended for individuals aged between 3 to 68 years old.
Footwear to be remove before boarding.
In case of bad weather conditions, you will still need to be present at the meeting point. Delays in sailing time may occur depending on the severity of the weather.
This activity requires a minimum of two participants for it to proceed. Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, we will reach out to you in advance to arrange a rescheduling.
Guests who would like to join the activity with participants can do so if there is availability. Cash payments can be made at the meeting point.
