Meet-up at our address at number 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang 10 minutes before starting time.
- Visit a nearby market with our instructor, shop for necessary ingredients and learn about different produces.
- Come back to our kitchen and start cooking 5 dishes: Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xeo, Fresh roll, young jackfruit salad, avocado ice-cream (or vegetarian version if you are vegetarian)
- Enjoy the meal made by you together with some fresh fruits, homemade rice vodka while chatting with our instructor and get to know more things you are curious about.
- Receive cook book and certificate. Class ends.
