Szentendre is a Mediterranean gem in the Danube Bend with a beautiful promenade next to the river and a nice pedestrian old town-center full of handicraft shops, cafés and restaurant. The place is full of history and art.

The Beautiful medieval Citadel is impressively looking down onto the Danube Bend. This castle was the favourite residency of Hungarian Kings from medieval times. Travellers can find a unique medieval experience here, an astonishing view and also an interesting museum. Admission is included.
In the Winter time the castle and the panoramic terrace is open biz the innercastle exhibitions are closed, only open on Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
