It's fitting then that we'll start right here at one of Houston's oldest homes, the Kellum-Noble House, which was built in 1847.

The museum is dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of Houston and the surrounding area. Within this complex, you'll find a number of historic buildings.

The cabin is believed to be one of the oldest surviving structures in Houston, and is an important part of the city's history and cultural heritage. We'll tell you some of its history.
