This is an open-itinerary plan with no accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or tour conductor. Customers are responsible for paying all transportation expenses other than the included transportation listed in the itinerary
For customers 5 years of age and younger, the Shinkansen tickets and Osaka Metro 1 Day Pass are not included. They will not be provided with their own seat on the Shinkansen, and must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If required, please make a booking for them at the child rate or pay directly on site
Customers can board the Bullet Train Shinkansen (non-reserved seat) at their preferred time on the departure date. Please board the non-reserved section and sit on an empty seat. Tickets cannot be changed to those for Green Car seating or an ordinary car reserved seating
Regarding Tokaido Shinkansen Nozomi Train Operation Periods with All Seats Reserved: Nozomi trains on the Tokaido Shinkansen will be operating with all seats reserved (no non-reserved seats) during the following periods: Dec. 26, 2025 (Fri.) to Jan. 4, 2026 (Sun.) Please note that additional periods may be designated in the future. As such, tickets handed out during the tour cannot be used on Nozomi Shinkansen trains during the respective periods. (Hikari and Kodama Shinkansen trains may be used as they have non-reserved seats during these periods. )
No refunds will be issued even if the Bullet Train Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own
If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Bullet Train Shinkansen tickets, please complete the necessary procedures at the station and send the tickets back to JTB Sunrise Tours
[Only Round Trip Option] Customers may use the return-trip Shinkansen tickets (non-reserved seat) at a time that fits their schedule between Day 1 and Day 7 of the tour
Regarding Bullet Train "Tokaido Shinkansen" Oversized Baggage Restrictions: It is not possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Tokaido Shinkansen. Please check the Central Japan Railway Company website for details. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own
Regarding Osaka Metro 1 Day Pass: Pick-up at the designated location is required prior to use. As the designated locations may be changed, please check the document enclosed with the JR tickets for details. No refunds will be issued even in case of non-use. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own
The Osaka Metro 1-Day Pass allows passholders to enjoy unlimited rides on Osaka Metro lines and Osaka City Bus (excluding some sections and lines) for 1 day. It can also be used to access Yumeshima Station. By showing the pass on the day of use, customers can also enjoy discounts at applicable sightseeing spots in Osaka City
