* Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
* From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until the stadium reopens the day after, the tour will include only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
* The turf has been removed from the pitch.
* Tickets are valid only for the date (and time) indicated on them.
* Entry to the Museum is subject to capacity control. Routes may be modified, entry and exit flows organized, or certain areas closed for safety reasons.
* Please keep your ticket until the end of your visit, as staff may request it at the exit for capacity control purposes.
* Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
* The tour includes numerous stairways, so it is not recommended to bring suitcases or baby strollers.
* There is no luggage storage service available.
* Access staff may request official documentation verifying children’s age (ID card, passport, etc.). If not presented, payment of the price difference to the adult rate may be required.
