We are located at the Reykjavík Old Harbour close to the city's center. It is the main port of departure for whale watching and northern lights tours. *Please arrive at the meeting point 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Pick-up/drop-off is NOT included. It can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
Weather plays a big role, and we may have to cancel the tour due to unfavorable conditions. In such cases, we’ll notify you at least 4 hours before departure.
The tour takes place in wild nature, so sightings can’t be predicted or guaranteed. If there are no sightings, we don’t provide refunds but offer a free return ticket (valid for up to three years, subject to availability).
In the event that passenger numbers exceed the capacity, we will provide a larger yacht.
