Meeting point

Your pick-up point will be Super Aki Tulum, right where the sliding doors are, at 9:45 AM. Please be aware that this area can experience heavy traffic, so we highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to avoid delays.

Important notes

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time (phone number is listed on your voucher or ticket), for Tulum area we do not provide pickups at Hotels or Airbnb´s, only at Super Aki Tulum .

Preservation tax will be required at check in or when you board (40 usd per adult and 35 usd per child)
