Walking Corso Italia through the city, you will reach Piazza Lauro with Giardini hotels and shops near the station. Continuing stop at Piazza Tasso the center of the city. Stop at the church of Santa Maria del Carmine further on overlooking the terrace you can see the port, on the sides of the terrace there are the stairs leading to Marina Piccola one of the characteristic beaches of the city. Continuing we go to Piazza Sant'Antonino with the 14th century church with the statue of the saint, continuing we arrive at the municipal villa, with the church of San Francesco d'Assisi and its 13th century cloister. At the exit of the municipal villa you go to the ancient center of Sorrento: narrow streets intersected with hinges and decumani you reach the seat of Dominova square loggia of the fourteenth century, then via San Cesareo you reach along Corso Italia and on the left stands the bell tower of the Cathedral. behind the Duomo on the left via Sersale is the Roman arch (southern city gate) on the sides of the sixteenth-century walls.
