If you have ever heard about the Great China Wall, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, you have probably heard different stories about their history. What about discovering them for yourself and learning about their history from professional certified guides? That’s the deal we are offering.
Our guide will take you on a full-day tour of these 3 iconic places in China’s history. We start by picking you up early in the morning at your hotel lobby and drive you to the famous Tiananmen Square which is viewed by many as the largest city square in the world. A lot of China's history events happened on that square and your guide will tell you all about them. You will then move to the Forbidden City which is just behind Tiananmen Rostrum through the Meridian Gate. Here, you will discover the great architectural prowess that has accommodated Chinese dynasties for centuries. Eventually, you will be driven downtown for lunch break before taking a cable car to the wall exploration.

Stop 1
After a 1 hour trip to the city centre of Beijing where Tian'anmen Square is located, our guide will tell more about this place where numerous major political and historical events happened. Symbolically, the flag is raised here every morning and dropped every at sunset.

Stop 2
20 minutes walk away from Tian'anmen Square, we will find the Forbidden City. It is a palace complex in Dongcheng District, Beijing with a history of around 600 years. Our guide will show you all the magnificent architecture of the largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties and the treasures collected. He will also tell you more about the history of this palace and the successive royal families' life.

Stop 3
After that, we will travel 2 hours to the Great Wall. Located in Huairou District, Beijing, 73 kilometres away from Beijing downtown area. Primarily built for protection, it has become one of the symbols of China. You will be taken up to this iconic place by cable car. You can even slide down to the foot of the Great Wall after the visit, if you wish. After this, we will head back to your hotel with 2 hours of trip time.
