Imagine walking through a real ancient city where Roman emperors once ruled and gladiators performed in huge theaters. Kids can explore the mighty Amphitheatre, the cool Celsus Library, ancient Roman toilets (yes, really!), and more.

At the Ephesus Museum, history comes alive with awesome treasures from thousands of years ago. Then it’s off to Market Village – a super cute place full of tiny models showing old Turkish life. And the best part? Kids get to roll up their sleeves and try their hand at making colorful ceramics and weaving their little rug.

Stop 2

When we reach in Ephesus we start to explore this well-preserved ancient city. It was a city in ancient Greece on the coast of Ionia, 3 kilometers (1.9 mi) southwest of present-day Selçuk in İzmir Province, Turkey. It was built in the 10th century BC on the site of the former Arzawan capital by Attic and Ionian Greek colonists. During the Classical Greek era, it was one of twelve cities that were members of the Ionian League. The city came under the control of the Roman Republic in 129 BC.

3

We will have time for lunch, which is included. We would like to introduce you to the local cultural aspects of Ephesus by showing handmade Carpet and rug art through traditional weaving in the Teaching Village. You’ll also enjoy many Ephesus Ceramics.

4
Stop 4

Just a stone’s throw from ancient Ephesus, the Ephesus Museum is like a time-travel treasure chest! Packed with everything from beautifully carved statues to ancient pots and tools, it gives you a sneak peek into how people lived, worked, and had fun thousands of years ago. If you want to bring history to life after walking through the ruins, this museum is the perfect final stop on your Ephesus adventure!

Maket Koy in Selçuk is like stepping into a tiny, magical version of Turkey! This adorable miniature village is packed with detailed models that bring Turkish culture to life – from bustling markets and cozy village homes to famous landmarks in mini form. It’s like a real-life storybook where you can stroll through history, snap fun photos, and learn all about Turkish traditions in the most charming way.
