About this experience

You don't need to be a scuba diver to explore the fascinating underwater world and its splendor. Equipped with a mask, snorkel, and fins, you float on the water's surface and observe the vibrant coral reefs, rocks, and fish below. It's an intense experience with unforgettable moments.
The snorkeling guide and guide fees are not included. If you cannot swim, you will need to hire a guide and pay extra for their service

Detailed itinerary

This option does not include the Pigeon Island National Park entrance ticket. Clients must pay an additional 1,3000 LKR per person for the entry tickets at the meeting point. Once the payment is made, we will take you to the boat and head to Pigeon Island. After dropping you off, you can leave your bags and equipment in a safe place and snorkel in the designated snorkeling area. After 3 hours of snorkeling, we will collect you from Pigeon Island and return you to the main beach.
While snorkeling at Pigeon Island, located 3 km from the beach, you'll see colorful corals, eels, small groups of various fish, and vibrant boxfish. Let yourself drift as iridescent parrotfish and damselfish pass by slowly. Delicate-lined sweetlips fish stand elegantly in the current, while butterfly fish and bannerfish dance before the deep blue sea. With some luck, you may encounter turtles, various species of rays, or even blacktip reef sharks
