Day 1: Arrive in Victoria falls, Zimbabwe
You are met and transferred from Victoria Falls airport and drive straight to Victoria Falls Hotel It’s about 20km and it takes 30 minutes.
15:00hrs late afternoon, you set out on the Zambezi River for a relaxing and beautiful sunset cruise. Enjoy your favorite beverage while keeping an eye out for hippos, elephants, crocodiles and abundant bird life.
19h00: Tonight enjoy a classically-elegant Edwardian-style dinner in the Livingstone Room, which was totally refurbished in 2013, and opens only for dinner, featuring a la carte and table d’hôte menus. The dress code smart casual, sleeved collared shirt and closed shoes for men for the convenience of guests in this more relaxed modern era. Strictly no safari wear, shorts, sandals or sneakers
Day 2: Victoria Falls – Tour of Falls, Boma Dinner
09:00hrs after breakfast you explore the falls up close and on foot. Feel the thunder, be touched by the mist and enjoy endless great views as you walk the path hovering up close to the falls.
11:30 After the falls tour, you take to the sky for a bird's eye view over magnificent Victoria Falls. The aerial view is unforgettable and is the only viewpoint where you can visually take in all of Victoria Falls.
14:00 After lunch, in the late afternoon, you visit the crocodile farm, and get a chance to see how crocodiles are reared from eggs to full grown crocodiles. The feeding times are a highlight and an unforgettable experience.
1500hrs- At this point in time you are given the opportunity to shop around town and experience the warm friendliness of the local people. Have the opportunity to visit our curio shop and be able to buy curios made from the teak tree resembling the wild animals and many other objects of art made from professional sculptures.
19:00hrs The evening is concluded with a delicious buffet dinner at the Boma restaurant. Enjoy Zimbabwean cuisine with great entertainment from the locals.
Day 3 Victoria Falls- Hwange The Hide Camp
10h30: today we depart Victoria Falls and head out to Hwange National Park. The Hide offers a life-enriching safari experience for its guests, from its fantastic game viewing right on your doorstep, to a variety of daily activities to suit everyone and the warm and welcoming staff, who make you feel like family from the second you arrive !. it The Hide we are passionate about nature; we have built on our superb location and extensive knowledge of the park with the best expert guides so that you can experience the true wilderness and wildlife Hwange has to offer. Whether on a drive to one of Hwange’s game-rich pans, on foot within our private concession or sleeping out in the Dove’s Nest, there is never a dull moment. In fact, the waterhole just metres from The Hide attracts such a variety of animals.
Day 4: The Hide Camp
Today we enjoy 2 games drives to explore the superb wildlife in the park. We set out very early morning and late afternoon as these are the best times for wildlife viewing as the animals are most active during the cooler times and often rest during the heat of midday.
