Your chauffeur will be ready to meet and greet you outside your location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time, and notify you upon arrival.
Once on board, you are welcome to share your preferences regarding temperature, radio station, and to request the Wi-Fi password if required. Mineral water and phone chargers are available on board for your comfort.

In case you will be travelling with luggage, please note that each vehicle has a different luggage capacity. To ensure we allocate the most suitable vehicle, please specify the amount of luggage you will be travelling with prior to the journey (via message or email). If your luggage exceeding the vehicle capacity, a separate luggage vehicle can be arranged. The luggage capacity and size guide is explained below.
