Please ensure you specify the amount of luggage you will be travelling with prior to the journey (via message or email), so we can allocate the most suitable vehicle. You must also provide the full pick-up address in London, as well as your flight number.
Our chauffeur will be ready to meet and greet you outside your location 10 minutes prior to pick up time.
Once you have met your chauffeur, please feel free to hand over any heavy luggage, which will be securely placed in the boot. Upon entering the vehicle, you will be asked to reconfirm your departure terminal. You are also welcome to share your preferences regarding temperature, radio station, and to request the Wi-Fi password if required.
